Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and QR Ready LLC ("QR Ready", "we", "us", or "our"). They cover your use of QR Connect, including the https://qrconnect.me website, Connect Card pages, QR codes, and related features (together, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, and it is part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, starting a free trial, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service for a business or other organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization. You also confirm that you have the authority to do so. In that case, "you" means both you and that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you can enter into a binding agreement.

3. Your Account and Sign-In

  • You must give us accurate and complete information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
  • We may let you sign in with a secure, time-limited sign-in link sent to your email address. Anyone who can open your email may be able to sign in to your account. You are responsible for keeping your email account and your devices secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at help@qrready.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that results from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Payments

Subscriptions

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, based on the plan you choose, at the price shown at signup plus any applicable taxes. Payments are handled by our payment processor. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial for a new subscription. The length of the trial is shown at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends, and we will charge your payment method for your plan. We may change, limit, or end free trial offers at any time, and we may limit trials to one per person or business.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your payment method on file at the then-current price for your plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from your account billing pages, or by contacting us at help@qrready.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. In most cases, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your Connect Card and paid features may stop working.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. We do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for unused time, or for features you did not use. A refund in one case does not obligate us to give a refund in any other case.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may try to charge your payment method again. We may also suspend or limit your access to paid features until the payment succeeds.

Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. A price change for your subscription applies starting with a later billing period, after we tell you about it. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect. If you continue your subscription after the change takes effect, you accept the new price.

5. Custom Links

We may offer an optional custom link add-on, which lets you put a name of your choice in the link to your Connect Card. The following rules apply:

  • The custom link is a one-time fee, at the price shown when you buy it. We charge it right away, even if you also start a free trial. The custom link fee is non-refundable.
  • Custom links are available on a first come, first served basis. We do not guarantee that a specific name is available.
  • You must have the right to use the name you choose. Do not choose a name that infringes a trademark or other right of another person, that impersonates another person or business, or that is misleading, offensive, or unlawful.
  • A custom link is a feature of the Service. It is not property that you own, and you may not sell or transfer it.
  • We may refuse, change, reclaim, or disable a custom link at our discretion. For example, we may do this in response to abuse, a legal claim or complaint, a violation of these Terms, or the end of your subscription. We do not have to refund the custom link fee in these cases.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means the information and material you add to the Service. This includes your name, contact details, photos, logos, profile text, links, notes, and lists.

  • You keep ownership. You keep any ownership rights you have in Your Content.
  • License to us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, format, and share Your Content as needed to operate, provide, and improve the Service. This license ends when Your Content is removed from the Service, except for copies that we keep in backups or as the law requires.
  • Public by design. Your Connect Card is meant to be shared. Anyone with the link or QR code can see the information you put on your card. Only add information that you want to make public.
  • Your responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have all the rights needed to use it and to give us the license above, and that it does not violate the law or the rights of any other person.
  • Our right to remove. We do not have to review Your Content, but we may remove or disable any content at our discretion, including content that we think violates these Terms.

7. Leads and Contacts You Collect

If you turn on the lead form on your Connect Card, visitors can send you their name, phone number, email address, and notes. You are responsible for how you use this information. You agree to:

  • Use lead and contact information only in ways that are lawful and that the person would reasonably expect.
  • Follow all laws that apply to you, including laws about privacy, marketing email, text messages, and phone calls.
  • Respect requests from people who ask you to stop contacting them or to delete their information.

We are not responsible for how you or any other card owner uses information collected through the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law or regulation, or encourage others to do so.
  • Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, or threatening.
  • Infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, or other right of another person.
  • Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your connection with any person or business.
  • Send spam, run phishing or scams, or link to malware or other harmful content.
  • Collect information about other people without their consent.
  • Try to get unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or put an unreasonable load on it.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

9. Our Service and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, text, graphics, and logos, belongs to QR Ready or its licensors. It is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. We keep all rights that we do not expressly give to you.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to websites or services that we do not own or control, including links that card owners add to their cards. The Service also relies on third-party providers, such as our payment processor. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of a third-party website or service is at your own risk and is subject to that third party's terms.

11. Changes to the Service

We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service, or any feature, will always be available. We are not liable to you if we change or stop any part of the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors, that QR codes or links will work on every device or scanner, that any data will be accurate or kept without loss, or that the Service will meet your needs or bring you any business results. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any information that is important to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, QR READY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR DATA, OR FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR DOWNTIME. THIS APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT BE MORE THAN THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability. In those places, these limits apply to the fullest extent the law allows.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QR Ready and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from or relate to: (a) Your Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your use of leads or contact information collected through the Service; (d) your custom link; or (e) your violation of these Terms, the law, or the rights of any other person.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion. For example, we may do this if we think you violated these Terms, if your payment fails, if we must do so by law, or if your use creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or others. If we end your access for a violation of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To end a paid subscription, cancel it as described in Section 4.

After your account ends, your Connect Card, custom link, and QR codes may stop working, and we may delete Your Content. Any part of these Terms that by its nature should continue after termination will continue. This includes amounts you owe, the license in Section 6 as it applies to backups, the disclaimer of warranties, the limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where QR Ready has its principal place of business at the time a dispute arises, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute related to these Terms or the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may change these Terms at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. We may also tell you about important changes in other ways, such as by email or a notice in the Service. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

18. General Terms

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any terms shown to you at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. They replace any earlier agreements about the Service.
  • Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the extent possible, and the rest of these Terms will stay in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right or part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms, for example as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Events outside our control. We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting, or other providers, natural disasters, or acts of government.
  • Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account. You agree that electronic notices meet any requirement that a notice be in writing.

19. Contact Us
